In an industry where employee wellbeing directly influences productivity and satisfaction, Youi recognised the need to elevate its health and wellbeing initiatives. The goal was to create an environment where employees could thrive, focusing on physical fitness, mental health, and financial wellbeing.
The YourLife program, spearheaded by a dedicated team including a fitness professional, offered a comprehensive suite of initiatives across three key areas: Health, Wealth, and Wellbeing. From onsite fitness sessions to financial counseling and mental health support, YourLife aimed to provide holistic support to Youi employees.
The YourLife program led to significant improvements in employee satisfaction, reduced absenteeism, and lower turnover rates. Participation metrics and pulse surveys showed that employees engaged with YourLife activities were happier and healthier. Independent studies also showed a reduction in lifestyle risk factors, such as chronic illness, cardiovascular disease and muscoskeletal conditions. The effectiveness of the program was also evaluated by Deakin1 university, showing a positive impact on physical and mental health in the employee population.
